What is GHRP-2?
GHRP-2 is a synthetic ghrelin agonist that stimulates GH release. It is more potent than GHRP-6 but raises cortisol and prolactin somewhat. In Japan, GHRP-2 is approved as a diagnostic agent for GH deficiency under the name pralmorelin.
