Concentration
vial mg ÷ BAC mL
The peptide mass divided by the BAC water volume gives the concentration in mg per mL of solution.

Volume per dose
dose mg ÷ concentration
Divide your prescribed dose by the concentration to get the volume of solution that contains that dose.

Syringe units
volume × syringe scale
A U-100 insulin syringe reads 100 units per mL. A U-40 syringe reads 40 units per mL.
