About

What is CJC-1295?

CJC-1295 is a synthetic analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). The 'with DAC' (Drug Affinity Complex) form has an extended half-life via covalent albumin binding; the 'without DAC' form (Mod-GRF 1-29) has a half-life of approximately 30 minutes and is dosed more frequently. It is commonly stacked with ipamorelin.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

CJC-1295 with DAC vs. without DAC?
With DAC has a half-life of approximately 6–8 days and is dosed weekly or twice weekly. Without DAC (Mod-GRF 1-29) has a 30-minute half-life and is dosed two to three times daily.
How does CJC-1295 stack with ipamorelin?
GHRH (CJC-1295) and a GH secretagogue (ipamorelin) act on different receptors and are commonly co-administered to amplify the GH pulse. They are typically reconstituted in separate vials and either co-drawn or alternated.
