What is Thymosin Alpha-1?
Thymosin Alpha-1 is a 28-amino-acid immunomodulatory peptide derived from the thymus. It is approved in many countries (as Zadaxin) for hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and as an adjuvant in cancer therapy. Typical adult dosing is 1.6 mg subcutaneously twice weekly.
